Massage "Therapy"

A combined session beginning with intuitively guided spiritual counseling to pull up emotional blocks followed by a massage to target the places the body has stored this trauma accompanied by gentle Reiki healing to clear the energy and leave you feeling lighter and decompressed.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

A form of gentle massage that encourages the drainage of lymph nodes and movement of lymph fluids around the body. It helps in the detoxification of the body as well as release the emotional debris causing increased swelling and lethargy.

Deep Tissue Massage

A treatment designed to target and release 'acute or chronic' issues. This treatment is highly effective and designed so that you experience immediate relief.
